Even though we expect you to be madly in love with the items you order with us, it could happen you might not be satisfied. If you do not wish to keep a product, you have the right to return it within 14 days, unless the item is tailor made exclusively for you. In this case we cannot take back your item.
Please note all products need to be returned in the same condition as in which you have received them. This means we cannot accept worn, washed, damaged or incomplete products. Besides, the original hangtag must be attached.
You will receive a refund for returned products within 30 business days after we received your return. Please note the return shipping costs are prepaid by Enable the Label and will be deducted from the total amount you will be refunded for your return(s). If you would like to exchange a product, please get in touch with us by e-mail via firstname.lastname@example.org. You can easily return the item(s) as described below. We will help you through the process and make sure you will receive the wished product as soon as possible!
How to make a return/exchange
1. Wrap the item in the original packing material and put it back in the box.
2. Complete the return form that is enclosed in the parcel and get in touch with email@example.com. Let us know the reason of your return and we make sure you will receive the return label as soon as possible.
3. Stick the received return label to the box and drop it off at any PostNL delivery location.
4. Please note the return shipping costs are prepaid by ETL and will be deducted from the total amount you will be refunded for your return(s).
5. After we have received your return, we will make sure to refund your return within 30 business days.
